Motor Claims Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
Claims Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of claims professionals, ensuring they provide high-quality service and meet performance targets.
Claims Outcomes: Oversee and ensure accurate and efficient processing of motor insurance claims.
Policy Compliance: Ensure that all claims are processed in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Data Analysis: Analyze claims data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to streamline processes.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the claims department.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., criminology, forensics, business, insurance, or finance).
- Proven experience in motor insurance claims management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance industry practices and regulations.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
