- Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF 4
- RE 5 advantageous Minimum Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of broker/dealer sales or administration and client services.
- Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
- Assist with support queries for brokers
- Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries Competencies Required
- Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
- Above average numeric skills
- Analytical
- Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English & another SA Language - both verbal and written
- Attention to detail
