  • Grade 12 / Standard 10 / NQF
  • RE 5 advantageous Minimum Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of broker/dealer sales or administration and client services.
  • Exposure to the broker or dealer servicing environment Deliverables include, but will not be limited to
  • Assist with support queries for brokers
  • Provide brokers with constant feedback on queries Competencies Required
  • Above average computer literacy in MS Word and Excel
  • Above average numeric skills
  • Analytical
  • Must be highly proficient in dealing with clients at all levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English & another SA Language both verbal and written
