Go Rentals is a leading IT rental and Services company providing IT infrastructure, Audio-Visual equipment and support services for a wide range of events and projects, from corporate conferences to large-scale public events.

Are you a dynamic and experienced project manager with a passion for events? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at leading teams to deliver exceptional results on projects? Can you run with multiple events simultaneously? Go Rentals is seeking a Senior Events Project Manager to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of events and projects
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event and project requirements are met.
- Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure events and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits and pre-event meetings to ensure all logistics is in place.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution stages.
- Effectively manage multiple fast-paced projects running concurrently

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years experience in event project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful large-scale events and projects.
- Project management qualification or certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) will be advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools. Brings experience in formal project management methodologies and project reporting.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
