**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound systems, video cameras, and lighting systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on AV equipment.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand AV needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and assess AV requirements for events and installations.
- Ensure high-quality audio and visual output during live events, conferences, meetings, and other functions.
- Provide technical support and training to clients and staff on the use of AV equipment.
- Maintain inventory and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest AV technologies and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Audio Visual Technician or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating AV equipment and systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites.
