- Increase operational efficiency and suggest solutions to enhance cost effectiveness
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers’ expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
- Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including end-users, SME’s, project managers and senior staff members by providing input to business requirements
- Resolving of escalated queries within required SLA period from Contact Centre
- Ensure appropriate IT Operational times are scheduled and monitor achievements against execution
- Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related IT Production information, incident reports, daily stats etc.
- Monitor changes in legislation, regulations, initiatives and relevant industry practices. Ensure drafting and implementation of appropriate interventions. Ensure compliance with audit requirements
- Ensure information systems equipment effectively are utilised and coordinate preventive maintenance with operating requirements.
- Ensure IT Front-end and Back-end process and product enhancements and make recommendation to improve service and processes for 3rd tier support of FNB IT products
- Manage own development to increase own competencies
- Remain abreast of Front-end and Back-end products and process developments
