Office Receptionist and Administrator

**Job description**
**Individual Requirements**:
- Own transport with valid driver’s license
- Excellent English and Afrikaans language skills (read, write, speak)
- Able to work retail office hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
- Manage and assist customers on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Liaise with all departments including but not limited to sales, logistics, procurement, operations, marketing and accounting
- Provide excellent customer service throughout our organisation
- Ability to prioritise own workload and work with minimum supervision
- Collaborate and assist sales team with administrative duties and sales tactics
- Organised and deadline driven with the ability to multitask
- Energetic and enthusiastic with the ability to learn quickly
- Problem-solving thinker who can work well in a team
- Manage pressure and stress easily
- Committed and reliable
- Customer experience orientated
**Qualification Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate
- Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Relevant certificates/achievements advantageous
- Prior experience in a solar reception/administrative position would be advantageous
**Software Skills**:
- Advanced Microsoft products
- Retail POS experience
- ZOHO CRM experience advantageous
Preferably reside in the surrounding areas
**Remuneration**: based on experience
