Receptionist

A well-established company based in Randburg (Johannesburg) is looking for a receptionist to join their team.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Answering of the switchboard.
- Transferring calls to the relevant departments.
- Taking detailed messages and giving it to the relevant departments.
- Posting all tax invoices when needed.
- Ordering Globe Flight Flyers and Waybills.
- Staff and customer birthday cards.
- Petty Cash & Reconciliation of Petty cash.
- Keep track and record all cash Sales for the Accounts department.
- Ordering of Company stationary.
- Ordering of Company refreshments.
- Assist with Sales Staff Car Rental Bookings.
- Taking minutes and typing meeting minutes.
- Planning year-end function.
- Setting up meeting room for meetings and conferences.
- Ordering safety wear (Conti Suits, safety boots, PPE wear, Sanitizer and gloves for the office)
- Preparing and sending weekly invoices, delivery notes, local purchases and documentation to branches.
- Ensure all aircons are serviced every quarter / when needed.
- Follow up on reported issues.
- Maintaining office printers and scanners.
- Order Safety signs for the office and stores.
- Order labour law wall charts.
- Typing of Evacuation Procedure.
- Drawing Evacuation Floor Plan.
- Order Safety signs for the office and stores.
**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric
- Qualification in Business Administration/Office Administration will be advantageous
- Strong computer experience (Word, Excel, Pastel)
**Salary**: Up to R12,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg North, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 3 years (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 3 years (preferred)
