There is an ever-growing problem in the world of digital marketing which is the difficulty with which brands are able to measure how effective their marketing has been. This is a mission critical problem for brands looking to scale and grow.
The combination of an explosion in the number of direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands and the number of digital channels through which they advertise (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit etc) has led to large number of companies needing help solving this critical challenge.
Fospha solves that challenge for their clients by providing a 'software as a service' (Saas) solution through the form of a client facing dashboards and analytics. We plug into all of their advertising channels, we plug into their own CRM and eCommerce platform and then use artificial intelligence and machine learning to truly understand which of the marketing is proving to be effective.
Fospha is part of the Blenheim Chalcot Group, a venture incubator with combined sales in excess of £350m and £500m of assets under management. We've been operating fully remotely since March 2020 and are excited to be in aggressive growth mode having recently secured a round of investment.
**The Role**
SDRs are the tip of the spear when it comes to developing new business opportunities for Fospha. Working within the sales team, they are responsible for researching and contacting potential clients in order to engage with prospects and understand if there is a qualified sales opportunity.
SDRs are pivotal to the success of the company and interact with Marketing, Sales, Client Success and Product in order to build compelling stories and reasons for the prospects to engage with Fospha and are targeted on organising sales meetings with companies matching our ideal customer profile.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Find and research new prospects that fit our idea-customer-profile
- Set up meetings with companies fitting our ideal customer profile
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the team lead and VP of Sales on weekly activity and performance
**Professional Requirements**
- 2 years experience as a Sales Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Experience in working with SAAS
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Experience working with a CRM and Sales Intelligence Tool
- Fair understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Base Salary: 300k Rand annually
- Commission: On-target-earnings 210k Rand annually
