**Role Overview**:
As a talent associate you will assist with the research and development of our talent acquisition strategies. You will gain an in-depth understanding of our clients business market and evolve our go-to-market strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out extensive market research in partnership with our consultants
- Identifying target companies through various methods and platforms
- Become an expert in our client industries; research and identifying market trends, industry standards and in demand skills to support long-term talent mapping
- Leveraging data to influence talent acquisition strategy
- Work effectively with a team of talent partners to deliver exceptional client service

**Requirements**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with a commitment to exceptional standards
- Ability to multitask and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines
- An ability to work with multiple teams backed up by strong communication skills
- Experience or qualifications in HR or a related field is advantageous
