- A sense of urgency (does things quickly and methodically), self-driven and resilient, work with mínimal supervision and exercise independent judgement
- An analytical approach to problem solving and ability to pay high attention to details as well as handle complexity (multiple challenges simultaneously)
- Shows an open attitude towards change and willing to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability and willingness to learn new skills
- Availability to work during non-scheduled hours when necessary
- Ability to do standby on a roster basis is essential

**Main Job Task and Responsibilities**
- Research required information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Identifying and escalate priority issues
- Follow up customers queries
- Document all call information according to standard to operating procedures
- Filing and basic administration
- Manage/monitor drivers throughout the evening
- Monitoring/tracking of company vehicles and tracking devices
- Daily reporting of occurrences
- Reporting irregular activities
- Communicate effectively with drivers & customers
- Reside in cape Town
- Night Shift only

**Salary: R8 500 per month**
