- Having a true passion for identifying sales opportunities to maintain and build our Clients customer base, whilst delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- The role involves providing the customer with knowledgeable information by identifying and promoting significant products and services.
- Outbound Customers and Colleagues escalated sales.
- Queries to identify, qualify and close new business and renewal opportunities
- Understanding customer’s reasons for exploring cancellation, addressing these positively, identifying opportunities, and looking at various options available with the ultimate aim of retaining their business.
- Striving for First Call Resolution, on every contact
- Working closely with service colleagues to raise service standards through escalating issues and opportunities to the most appropriate person, developing joint solutions and sharing best practice.
- Undertaking other customer administration and product processing activities as necessary to maximize operational effectiveness and deal with peaks in demand
- Taking correct information, asking the right questions, and offer the solutions that leave them smiling. That’s why we’ll encourage you to be yourself in our fast-moving, fast-growing business.

Provide an excellent customer experience to our customers and ensure engagement with the customer to draw their attention to other suitable products available that could improve their customer experience through sales.
- Making outbound calls. Representing the company in a positive light. Building and maintaining relationships with new, existing, and past customers. Upselling and maximizing sales.

**Requirements**:
Matric or Equivalent
- essential
- Sales and Upselling experience
- 3+ years’ sales experience with a proven record of understanding customer needs.
- 3+ years’ experience in a commission, bonus, and/or metrics-driven environment.
- Familiar with internet technology.
- BPO- Call Centre Experience
- Collections, Tech Support, Help desk, Banking BPO experience
- Experience working within retail/ technical or similar Industry (highly advantageous)
- Proven Experience in delivering excellent customer services to internal and external customers
- Maintain campaign performance, quality, regulatory and compliance standards
- Experience within an outbound sales environment (desirable)
- Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Willing and able to work Night shift (US Hours)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (required)

**Experience**:

- Tech Support: 1 year (preferred)
- collections/Helpdesk/Tech Support: 3 years (preferred)
- BPO Sales: 3 years (required)
