**Office Manager - PA Cape Town CBD**

Our Client a reputable Small Business Recruitment Company in Cape Town CBD is looking for an Experience Office Manager / PA with 5 years’ Experience and someone that can deal with Stress and Pressure Constructively.

**Salary is up to R 25000 pm - Hours are from 8am to 6pm (1-hour lunch in between) Mon - Fri**

**Requirements**:

- Matric and relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
- Excellent in Excel, Ms Office and Typing of 60WPM
- Have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a PA/Office Management position preferably within the Recruitment Industry or a Small Business environment - Work on Goldmine Recruitment Software
- IT and Maintenance - report / call issues to third parity suppliers
- Relevant staff management (4 Staff members), recruitment and HR experience 5 Staff
- Strong financial acumen is a pre-requisite with relevant creditors/debtors’ experience (bookkeeping experience up to trial balance will be advantageous) - **Working on PASTEL**:

- HR Administration Duties (5 Staff) Be helpful of loading PAYE, UIF, VAT and SDL from time to time assisting the Accountant
- Medical aid submission and insurance claims experience
- MS Office with advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Pastel (preferably) experience
- Relevant social media and marketing knowledge i.e. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) on all levels
- Must be able to multi-task and ensure all tasks are completed within given timeframes
- Well organised and pedantic when it comes to attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure whilst remaining adaptable, focussed and flexible
- Decisive and assertive when appropriate
