An opportunity has become available at Litsamaiso Rea Vaya Bus Operating Company in the Human Resources department. Suitably qualified and experienced individuals are invited to apply.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- B Degree in Social Science or Commerce (NQF level 7)
- 2 years in a HR Administrative role
- Must be proficient in MS office
- Must have good organisational skills
- Good working knowledge of Sage 300 People
- Must be a team player with good communication skills
- Working knowledge of document management systems
**KEY PERFORMANCE AREASs**
To perform the following tasks:
- Accurate maintenance of employee records
- Administration of employee benefits
- Handling of recruitment administration
- Assist with induction and onboarding for new entrants
- General ER and HR Support
