**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Scheduling appointments.

Understanding of the logistics of the business.

Accurate data capturing of invoices on accounting system (Quickbooks & Evolution).

Sending out invoices and statements to Customers.

Following-up on outstanding debtor’s accounts/partial payments.

General administrative tasks.

Electronic filing.

Scanning of documents onto the server.

Maintenance of filing system.

Ensuring employee timesheets and overtime sheets are communicated to payroll within

the prescribed payroll timeline.

Submitting living out allowance schedule to payroll for processing

Social media coordination.

Support the COO and take initiative to resolve problems.

Create structure to an unorganized environment.

1 - 2 years’ experience in similar role

National Senior Certificate (Matric)

Administration qualification will be advantageous

Excellent administrative skills

Have great attention to detail

Possess of basic mathematical and or accounting skills

Computer literate (Excel intermediate, Word intermediate, Outlook intermediate

Ability to handle multitasking

Excellent time management
