Our client operating within FMCG is looking for Technical Sales personnel to join their team

Main Job Responsibilities

− Coordinate, manage and oversee divisional sales budget with monthly forecasting − Setting individual sales targets in accordance to the divisional budget.

− Monthly/ weekly sales reports and updates to senior management

− Strategic planning to realign sales focus continuously to ensure sales targets are met

− Streamlining and maintaining the sales function, including spending time in field with Consumer, ensuring proactive execution of identified strategies for Sales

− Oversee and manage all infield implementation of POS/ marketing messages in accordance with the marketing/ sales strategy of the company

− Key account Management: Visiting and liaising with identified target clients that are crucial to the performance of the Company:
− Regular visits to Wholesalers & Buying groups to ensure sustained and profitable relationships

− Initiating and implementation of a CRM (electronic customer relation management system)

− Liaising with the National sales Manager with respect to the effective exploitation of the various business opportunities in designated areas, and reporting on requirements

− Responsible for developing, compiling, and maintaining company client database - quarterly reviewed to ensure optimal coverage and return on investments

− Submit regular reports to General Sales Manager (Field and sales report)

− Monitor and control own sales expenses, within limits set by finance

− Travel monthly - for field working days with representatives

− Compiling and analyzing sales figures

− Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements

− Implement and manage PIP (Performance improvement Plan) where necessary.

**Qualification and Experience**:
− Matric (Grade )

− Polymer qualification

− Sales / Technical experience Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

- Sales Management - Customer/ Client Relationships
- Budget management - Strategic Input & execution
- Leadership

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Education**:

- High School (matric) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales Management: 4 years (preferred)
- Customer/ Client Relationships: 4 years (preferred)
- Budget management: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Polymer (preferred)
