Qualification
- Matric
- Commercial and Contract Law, Sales Tertiary Qualification

**Requirements**:

- 3 - 5 Years' experience in manufacturing / engineering environment
- Must be computer literate on MS Office and several ERP system
- Working knowledge on Syspro would be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of projects
- Working knowledge of Incoterms 2010 and a good understanding of import / export regulations (international trade terms)
- Working knowledge on NEC and Fidic Commercial Terms

Duties
- Read and examine the commercial terms of tender documents (NEC, Fidic and customer specific terms and conditions)
- Request commercial and technical clarification from the customer (if needed)
- Attend tender clarification meetings
- Negotiate and conclude terms and conditions with the customer on receipt of an order / contract
- Generate contracts and documents on request from the sales team
- Verify the financial aspect of the tender ensuring the group's profitability
- Generate tender vet documentation in accordance with the group's procedures
