As our Ticketing Maestro, you'll be at the forefront of transforming travel dreams into reality. Your expertise in fares and ticketing will be the key to unlocking unforgettable adventures for our high net worth members.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Travel Support Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless travel experiences for our high net worth members. Your responsibilities will include:

- Completing reissues and refunds for our Travel Lifestyle Managers, utilizing systems like Amadeus, Farelogix, and BSP Link.
- Handling all traffic coming through the BSP Link, including ADM and ACM investigations and communication with relevant parties.
- Supporting our Finance Team with tasks such as completing open folder balances and reconciling, as well as updating our accounting tool with ticketing data.
- Utilizing your expertise in GDS booking technology to drive supplier revenue results through strategic relationships and contracts within the travel industry.

**Essential Duties**:

- Booking and confirming dedicated Travelling requests using PPP, Amadeus, Tenmaid, and TTS.
- Crafting tailor-made offers outside of the dedicated Travelling program to meet specific member needs.
- Managing rail bookings and handling online reward flight bookings.
- Assisting with platform activation requests from members and updating member profiles with loyalty program membership numbers.
- Serving as the first line of support for Global Disaster Recovery, ensuring continuity of service even during crises.
- Being an integral part of the core global 24/7 coverage for Travel Operations, providing essential support as a Travel Support Specialist.

**Requirements**:
**Education/Experience**:

- Certificate or Diploma in Tourism and/or Travel or equivalent industry experience beneficial but not a must.
- Minimum 2 years experience within the Travel and Aviation industry, with outstanding and in-depth knowledge of the airline industry, policies, and fare structures.
- Minimum of 2 years of **GDS experience** booking Domestic & International Flights including Published and NetFares; Amadeus preferred
- A good international understanding of different destinations, especially within **Switzerland, Europe und UK**

**Systems Knowledge**
- Amadeus [in all regions where we have GDS in place]
- Travel Back-Office System
- CRM
- Travel Portals / Systems as required [i.e. eGlobalFares]
- Comprehensive knowledge of Office Word, MS Outlook Knowledge
- Experience using Microsoft 365 advantageous

**Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors**:

- F**luent in professional English,** both written and spoken ; additional _German and/or French _language skill beneficial but not a must
- Ability to be able to perform work accurately and thoroughly independently
- Passion for delivering high-quality personalized support

- A proven track record for impeccable time management and organizational skills
- Initiative and creativity to ensure the needs of our members are met and exceeded regularly

- Proven multitasker with the ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

- Passion for delivering high-quality personalized support and have excellent research skills
- **Flexibility **to work weekends/early/late shifts in order for our team to provide 24/7 service to our Lifestyle Managers is a must. Hours can vary from 7:00 - 22:00 SA local time

**Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office option**:

- Located in South Africa
- Please note that if you live within a commutable distance of the office you will be asked to enter into a hybrid working arrangement, with up to 60% Home Office possibility.
