Group Payroll Manager

To take responsibility for the coordination, directing and managing of the Payroll Operations, Administration and System requirements and the accurate and timely preparation, processing and distribution of employee payments whilst ensuring compliance to Company policies and procedures and relevant legislations/ regulations.
**Minimum Qualifications and experience**:
- degree in Finance or Business Administration or National Diploma in Payroll Administration.
- 5 to 10 years’ experience as a Payroll
- Experience in a private hospital environment
- Computer proficiency - Kronos, Excel, strong knowledge of SAP HCM,
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate at senior level.
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
- Act as the facilitator and/or coordinator of the Payroll
- Support discussions and share best practice with other Group Functions e., Human Resources team.
- Ensure that contractual obligations are met, and costs are controlled, in conjunction with the HR Managers.
- Support the delivery of Payroll processes at hospital level through the HR Managers and resolve any escalations of non-compliance.
- Maintain Payroll information, directing the collection, calculation and capturing of
- Review changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, job titles and department/division
- Process payments of employees by directing the payments of electronic transfers to bank
- Prepare monthly Payroll reconciliations to unpack all movements relating to Payroll on a month-to-month
- Producing monthly Payroll recons from SAP HCM to
- Submission of all Payroll tax
- Prepare all payroll reports.
