Payroll Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Update payroll records by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job title and department/division transfers.
- Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and non taxable wages.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provide payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Handle queries related to payroll.
- Assist with other compliance-related activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Solid understanding of payroll fundamentals.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
