Operations Project Manager

**What the day will look like**

Coordinates and leads development activities, tracks and handles all aspects of development pertaining to projects in the Operations team.

Responsible for capturing project information: schedules, assignments, data requests and project meetings

Develops expertise in multiple system functions

Leads and provides technical input on projects or support activities

Support business development including crafting proposals and outlining implementation activities

Secures acceptance of the project completion from management, stakeholders and sponsors

Develops and reviews project status and reports to relevant stakeholders

Responsible for testing of all new upgrades implemented in the relevant system(s) or processes

Responsible for compliance and regulatory issues across the projects

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent

**Knowledge**
- Can expertly articulate Aon’s proposition and how it differentiates Aon and benefit clients

**Skills and Attributes**
- Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities
- Be computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills

**Experience**
- Have a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Have extensive experience in Insurance and must have managed significant projects
