- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of relevant labour legislation, international staffing, and global HR best practices.
- Expertise: HR generalist with deep subject matter expertise in organizational development, talent management, and employee relations.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and engage staff at all levels.
- Integrity: Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all dealings.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level.
- Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
- Initiative: Proactive in taking on responsibilities and challenges, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Commitment: Willingness to attend and participate in company functions, events, and activities outside of standard working hours.
- Ability to seamlessly transition between strategic and operational levels as required in a mid-sized, entrepreneurial organization.
