Job purpose

To provide professional, high quality and timeous administrative support to the HR Business Partner and to the business as and when required or in the absence of the Business Partner.

Duties and responsibilities

Recruitment

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in conjunction with the HR business Partners, that includes but is not limited to:

- Advertise vacancies both internally and externally via relevant channels
- Facilitate psychometric assessment and follow up
- Schedule interviews
- Produce interview packs for the interview panel
- Ensure consistent professional business experience throughout recruitment experience
- Ensure Recruitment Processes and Procedures are aligned and adhered to
- Preparation of documentation and feedback from interviews for reporting purposes
- Schedule exit interviews of employees upon notice of resignation

Business Partnering
- Provide support and advice to staff as appropriate in absence of the HR Business Partners and the HR team
- Operate in a style which is consistent with the values and vision of Growthpoint and the HR department
- Undertaking duties when required as directed by any of the HR Team members
- Cross alignment and collaboration with the HR Centre's of Excellence teams

HR Administration

Provide full administrative support that includes, but is not limited to:

- Undertake archiving of data both electronic and paper filing
- Prepare meeting agendas and minute taking as and when required
- Answer telephones and deal with enquiries appropriately
- Take accurate messages and relay efficiently and timeously
- Produce monthly HR dashboards and reports as required by the HRBP and business
- Diary Management of HR Business Partner
- Co-ordinate Employee Relations administrative duties

Travel
- Assist the HRBP and HR team with travel co-ordination and planning of trips, including flight bookings, accommodation and car rentals.

Special Projects:

- Assist the HR Team with any special projects for HR as and when required.

Experience
- 5 years working experience in an HR generalist environment.
- Stakeholder management experience is essential
- Data administration experience essential
- Prior working experience in a matrix organization
- Previous SAGE People system experience is advantageous

**Qualifications**:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial and Organisational Psychology or Equivalent

- Ability to multitask and handle numerous tasks simultaneously

Working conditions
This position is office based and works on a normal 40 hours a week. Busy periods may require extra hours to ensure deadlines are met.
