Role Purpose

To provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administrative support functions for the Business Unit and to oversee, plan, coordinate and implement all aspects of wellness events from implementation to delivery as well as post-event debriefing and evaluation.
Requirements

**Qualifications**
- Grade 12 / Matric - Essential
- Relevant degree / diploma in wellness, general events, project management or marketing - Advantageous
- Relevant administrative qualification - Advantageous

**Experience**
- 2 - 3 Years in wellness coordination, events, marketing and / or administration - Essential
- Computer literacy - Essential
- Good presentation skills - Essential

**Other**
- Valid driving licence with own insured vehicle - Essential
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the end-to-end administration of projects and events
- Follow in depth processes for each project, including submissions of claims
- Attend and co-ordinate wellness days
- Effective and prompt management of centralised mailbox
- Resolve complaints effectively within specified time frames and recommend corrective action to resolve the customer's complaint or query
- Engaging in effective communication and delivering according to Service Level Agreements and providing first time resolution
- Maintaining a consistent service delivery to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in the various networks
- Create partnerships with relevant stakeholders to understand business priorities and requirements
- Ensure all stakeholders receive clear and accurate information and are kept always informed
- Collate, compile, and distribute documents and reports to provide statistics insight to the required stakeholders
- Extracting data from existing systems, as well as validation and manipulation of the data
- Accurate recording of data for business intelligence and reporting
- Assist with workflow allocation when required
- Supporting the Manager that enables efficient and effective client service
- Effectively drive performance excellence to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Taking ownership of queries and ensuring they are resolved timeously and effectively
- Adhering to policies and procedures and taking corrective action where necessary
- Identify own growth and development needs and schedule interventions to enable ongoing development, training, and personal growth
