Legal Front Office Administrator

Role Purpose
The RAA's main core function will be to assist the Recovery Advisors as well as the Recoveries Team Manager with a set of administrative tasks, which will include Ad-hoc tasks as the team might require.
Requirements
- Matric
- Mininum 6 month's experience in the Short-Term Insurance Industry
- Knowledge pertaining to the Recovery process is required
Duties & Responsibilities
- Front office
- Matching of banking on PREMIA
- Managing VFV inbox
- VFV file handovers
- Monthly VFV rejections
- Exception report processing
- Costing VFV AOD recoveries & matching
- Refunding of excesses
- Payment of tracers and managing the monthly statement
- Propensity calculator capture
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
Competencies
