My client based in Pretoria is looking for an Administrator, this is a 12 month contract with a 3 month probationary period. There is a possibility that the contract can turn into a permanent role.
**General**:
- Prioritising, drafting and actioning correspondence
- Maintaining departmental filing system
- Maintaining office supplies
- MS Office knowledge and experience
- Maintaining and developing filing systems
- Administrating team tasks
- Standardisation of documents
- Minute taking during meetings when required
- Creating project plans
- Visual designing for department
- Process flows (Visio experience is beneficial, however training will be provided)
- Organising and managing the team to ensure meetings, appointments ect as well as reports and other administration
- Project Coordination.
**Minimum Experience and Qualifications Required**:
- 0-2 years experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Administrative skills
- Excellent Outlook
