We are a rapidly growing tech SaaS company looking for an experienced Learning Management System Customer Success Specialist to join our team.

We provide LMS services as a SaaS solution. Our Clients are corporates who use our services for internal staff training. We're a leading South African LMS with a large focus on using AI to assist our clients.

We're seeking a diligent, problem-solver with a can-do attitude to deliver top-tier support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Clients over phone or video call
- Manage Moodle LMS administration
- Conduct client training calls and develop training materials
- Resolve technical issues
- Improve service quality
- Create and maintain support documentation
- Proactively support clients
- Ensure high client retention rates
- Upsell and cross sell during the support process

Work Hours:
This is a remote role with a US time working schedule from 15:00 to 00:00, South African Time, from Monday to Friday. These hours may shift to normal South African hours (8AM-5PM).

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R30,000.00 per month
