The Student Success Coordinator specializes in customer service and care.
**Educational Requirements**:
Grade 12
At least 2 years customer service/contact centre or education related positions
MS Office proficient - MS Word, MS Excel
Typing speed minimum 25 wpm
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Respond to student queries
Assist students by identifying queries or complaints and resolution
Logging on ticket system and providing feedback, closing off tickets
Welcoming new students and LMS orientation
Welcoming upon enrolment and sending out study planners and guides
Assist and orientate student with online learning management system
Reports and statistics
Daily report checks and escalation
Student login activity, assignment submissions and inactive students etc
