Our national client in the production, warehousing and distribution industry requires your qualifications and experience as an HR Administrator for one of their operations in Bellville South, Cape Town.

1 First Point of Contact for all HR-Related Queries

2 Ensuring Accurate and Proper Record-Keeping of Employee Information

3 Administer HR-related documentation

4 Recruitment and Onboarding Duties

5 Assist with HR Compliance Reporting

6 Coordinating Training and Ensuring Maintenance of Training and Development Records

7 Assisting in Other Areas within the HR Department to Gain Exposure

8 Minutes Taking and Other Ad hoc Duties

**JOB SUMMARY**

MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS **Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and concerns to both employer and employees as well as responding in a timely and accurate manner ensuring complete follow-through.**
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as leave forms, grievance forms etc.
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, leave and warnings.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules)
- Write and develop job descriptions, person specifications and job adverts
- Recruitment Duties; posting ads, screening, shortlisting, setting up interviews, reference checks and issuing relevant correspondence.
- Onboarding Duties; Assist in preparation of offer letters, agreements, and all other relevant new hire paperwork. Ensuring they receive timely and accurate instruction needed regarding their employment and benefits options.
- Organizing staff training sessions and activities
- Maintaining and manage training and development records.
- WSP and EE data capturing.
- Assist in compiling documents for BBBEE submissions and audits.
- Participate in various projects to gain exposure to different areas within HR, i.e., drafting of company policies and procedures, disciplinary processes.
- Organizing meeting and taking minutes meetings.
- Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar for all HR related activities.
- Drafting and distributing newsletters, memo’s etc.
- Assisting higher level HR staff with any other administrative tasks as and when they arise.

**Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience**:

- Human Resource Diploma/Degree and or Relevant Qualification
- Proven experience as an HR administrator or other HR position (1-2 years)
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of Labour laws and disciplinary procedures.

Please note that this is an outsoured position and you will be employed by us as the agency and assigned to the client for the duration of your contract.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: R58.00 - R63.00 per hour
