We need the services of a Learning and Development Manager to ensure we bring our people along with us on our journey building better together. Development is key to our delivery needs and building our people up for success.

**Requirements**:
Not everyone will have what it takes to do well in this role. To be seriously considered, we’re
looking for the following:
**Qualifications and experience**:

- Matric or grade 12
- Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Resources or related qualification
- 3 years experience in Leadership development within a BPO or Contact Centre environment
- 2 years experience in a managerial role within a Learning and Development capacity
- Experience in working with or launching a Learning Management System
- Experience in Learning Content Development and Design
- ODETD Qualification (SETA Accredited)

- A demonstrably robust understanding of operational and cultural practice in all our global locations particularly Dhaka and Johannesburg.

- A self-starter and capable of working with limited direction.
- This role requires the job holder to conduct all working hours on site.
- The job holder will need flexibility in their hours and days of work to mirror shifts being

undertaken in the trial team. For this reason, a very small degree of working during unsociable hours may be required. The job holder is not expected to work
more than their contracted hours each week, however.
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Reasonable personal resilience.

**Responsibilities**

Your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Team management, coaching and mentoring
- Facilitate outcomes-based training
- Partner with and manage stakeholders
- Stay abreast of new developments and trends within the learning and development industry
- Manage and implement career development initiatives and delivery as per the calendar
- Against the annual needs analysis deliver leadership development initiatives to bridge gaps and initiatives in preparation for future skills
- Establish a curriculum for the Quantanite College
- Support company funded learning initiatives
- Design and development of learning content as required by the business
- Delivery, administration and maintenance of learning systems, materials and content
- Graphic design, photography and videography for learning purposes
- Deliver automation and digitisation of learning content
- Overall ownership and coordination of BBBEE
- Monthly BBBEE reporting on implementation and status of skills development
- Annual WSP and ATR submission and maintenance of record keeping
- Managing Learnerships in line with BBBEE requirements and targets
- Deliver learning projects company-wide
