**How you'll role**

As the Associate Sales Director, you will be working in an exciting, dynamic, and rapidly growing company in a role that offers excellent career progression opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include valuing and assessing the saleability of each potential client's business, explaining the firm's services and their benefits, and presenting clients with various exit/growth solutions.

**What you'll do**
- Communicate directly with prospective clients - face-to-face and virtually
- Understand the client's objectives and explain how the firm can assist
- Value and assess the saleability of each potential client's business
- Explain the firm's services and benefits
- Present clients with a variety of exit/growth solutions
- Contract with clients to sell their business
- Negotiate contract terms
- Negotiate and collect fees
- Provide a completed business engagement package for each signed contract, including financial information, to the Deal Transaction team

**What you'll need**
- A minimum of 8 years' sales experience
- Previous experience in the real estate industry or owning a business
- Strong business acumen, sales oriented and driven
- To be fluent in English and Afrikaans, both verbal and written, is essential
- Good numeracy skills with the ability to analyse and interpret financial information
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- An understanding of leases and contracts
- Good time management skills, including being organised and punctual
- To be well-presented to fit into a formal environment
- A strong desire and ambition to succeed
- To be self-motivated and organised with the capability to prioritise workload
- Presentation abilities
- To be personable and have the ability to converse with a wide range of people with diverse backgrounds
- Good listening skills and the ability to learn quickly are essential
- To be an empathetic, energetic, and passionate individual
- A positive and highly motivated 'can do' attitude
