To work within the Ziyana Operations team, alongside with HRBP, in the delivery of HR Consulting services in talent sourcing, organisational design, internal and external HR project implementation, that meet and exceed client expectation

**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**:
Project Execution
- Support Ziyana Management in the delivery of a range of simple and complex projects, as part of a client delivery team, in specific areas of HR Consulting Services
- Collect baseline information from clients, as part of a broader team, working under the guidance of Manager.
- Engage with key client contacts/stakeholders, at Manager level and below, clarify requests for information and communicate regarding project progress made.
- Contribute to the development of client presentations / discussion documentation, under guidance of Manager.
- Contribute to the brainstorming of solutions to address issues that may enhance / renew service offerings to client or that may affect the quality of delivery or timelines of a short-term project / engagement.
- Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness, as per defined and contracted client Service Level Agreements.

Talent Sourcing
- Provide support to all external and internal recruitment.
- Advertise on relevant recruitment platforms
- Support the development of recruitment pipeline for specialised roles
- Conduct interview preparation meetings for job applicants
- Develop and maintain relationship with various recruitment sources.
- Reference checking.
- Regretting and feedback to applicants.

Organisational Design
- Review client organisational structures and make recommendations.
- internal and external research, benchmarking and analytics that provide appropriate insights to direct the people strategy and practices for various clients
- Implement OD plan and provisions for various projects
- Assist in setting and monitoring objectives aligned to the client expectations and project deliverables
- Understand client/project needs to develop and implement integrated people plans, initiatives and solutions in response to deliver to scope of work.
- Assist in designing and implementing change management initiatives aligned to people strategy to improve productivity and build and drive a high-performance culture.
- Provide organisational development support to implementation team and committees through value add and capability building services
- Actively seek to understand existing and new strategic and cultural issues and ensure the implementation of effective Organisational Development programmes and interventions to address the issues.
- Coach, advise and provide tools to leaders to successfully lead change
- Effectively use diagnostic tools and monitor results to determine the success of interventions.
- Conduct project-based job analysis and evaluation services and drafting standardised reports.
- Extract, analyse and distil relevant information to produce a high-quality Job Description
- Using various tools and research to perform salary benchmarking exercises

General HR
- Assist with daily operations of the HR functions
- Provide admin support to HRBP
- Compile and update employee records
- Update databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Prepare and amend where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Support review and renew company policies and procedures in maintaining compliance standards
- Enforce HR Policies and procedures
- Assist in case preparation and investigations for CCMA and Labour dispute matters.
- Liaison with employees on any HR-related queries
- Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively
- Assist with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Assist with various arrangements internally, from travel to processing expenses

**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**:

- Relevant tertiary degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology or related fields
- 3+ years relevant experience in the field of Human Resources/Organisational Development
- Possess foundational knowledge in technical domain (i.e., Job Profiling, Job Evaluation, Job Architecture, Competency Modelling, Performance Management and/or Rewards).
- Project Management skill.
- Good report writing skills.
- Experience in working in consulting environment
- Business Acumen.
- Data Analysis and Research techniques.
- Strong communication (written and verbal)
- Sound interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Sound quality management orientation.
- Client delivery focus.
- Adaptable
- Ability to operate independently, when required.
- Ability to contribute to the brainstorming and solutioning of client problems.
