Our growing company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated returns manager to join our team. With a minimum of 1 year of experience in the returns department within the retail industry and a National Diploma, you will play a crucial role in running the returns department.

Must have working knowledge and understanding of how the returns department works, and knowledge on the process of returned stock.

**Responsibilities**
- Verify and maintain accurate records of all incoming products and analyse the causes and solutions for product returns, such as supplier returns, markdowns, repairs, salvageable parts, etc., to minimise and prevent stock loss.
- Manage, direct, and monitor the performance of the warehouse operations, including the development and maintenance of the warehouse, inventory of returns, stock control, and returns process.
- Ensure that the team understands their duties, the mechanisms of the warehouse and their role within the organisation.
- Adhere to budget plans and meet your targets and those of the team and organisation as a whole.
- Contribute to training and development of the team and organisation as a whole.
- Maintain responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related OH&S, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations.
- 6. Utilise systems to manage the warehouse and stock control functions, analysis and documentation.
- 7. Support to all other departments with related interests.
- 8. Training of staff, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members.
- Compliance with codes of practice, procedures and legislation, Occupational Health & Safety, and legal requirements.

**Requirments**
Must have a minimum of One (1) year returns experience

Must have a N.Diploma
Must have leadership qualities
Must be an individual who is quick, accurate and pays attention to details.
Must be physically fit
Must be computer literate
Must reside close to work
Must be able to work in a high pressure enviroment

**Salary**: R7,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roodepoort, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
