**ROLE SUMMARY**
- As an Invoice and Claim Administrator, you are a critical part the Service Team.
- Your role is to support the Customer Executives and Service Manager to ensure customers receive the best service through efficient, timely and accurate administration processes.

**TASKS**
- Prepare cost estimates, invoices and associated paperwork for all work completed within the company.
- Prepare and submit repair and maintenance claims and warranty claims, ensuring the quality and compliance of all documentation.
- Reconcile manufacturer payments, including acting upon claim discrepancies and management of aged debt.
- Complete regular and documented self-audits to drive continuous improvement in business processes.
- Support the Service Team with effective WIP control.

**EXPERIENCE**
- Experience working in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role.
- Proven track record in warranty /service contract administration.
- Basic knowledge of trucks, specifically Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
- Understanding of compliance associated with Heavy Goods Vehicles.
- Basic computer skills as well as general business knowledge.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
