general administration and cash-ups
- capturing of statistical data e.g. visitor and contractor manpower data
- various other ad-hoc office administration assignments

creditors administration
- receiving invoices daily for processing
- checking invoices against orders, prices, signature, allocations, and stamp accordingly
- capturing and reconciliation of supplier invoices
- preparing payment pack for loading onto our banking platform (loading of vendor beneficiaries on the banking platforms)
- ensure all invoices are received before closing for month end
- query resolution - address supplier queries - follow up on outstanding supplier invoices & related queries
- filing
- assist financial accountant with projects from time to time

minimum qualifications and job requirements:

- administration experience required and preferable with basic accounting experience
- a tertiary related qualification
- an ability to work accurately and work to deadlines
- attention to detail
- good planning and organisational skills
- an ability to work in a small team environment
- excellent excel skills
