Opportunity to join the Learning Team as Learning Coordinator, you will Identify, coordinate and provide direction to various learning resources, setting priorities and managing efforts related to learning delivery to ensure personnel training and staff development programs are conducted in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.

**Job Purpose**

Schedule and administer enrolments including, monitoring participant numbers to ensure minimum delegate numbers are achieved and highlighting low enrolments to appropriate contact.

Set up courses using appropriate Learning Management System and database, in line with standard operating procedures.

Work with the customer to secure any additional resources needed for the session delivery (e.g., IT / Facilities equipment / SMEs / other client teams).

Monitor quality of facilitation, highlight to the customer any issues associated with the course and collaborate to support resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Manage learner queries and coordinate escalations in accordance with Service Level Agreements and offer recommendations for improvements.

Lead, consult and deliver the scheduled processes on contracts, where required and

support in producing essential reports on agreed dates, outlining the essential data needed as requested by the client.

Raise purchase orders.

Work towards deadlines stipulated by the client in order to deliver the Programme objectives.

Raise any potential challenges or risks to the appropriate contact.

Ensures all content on the Learning & Development platform is current.

**Administering retailer queries**:
Adding new delegates to LMS system, Course resets, Training history queries

Course scheduling requests, Closing registers for all completed courses.

**Working Relationships**

Managers and team members, Admin and Excellence team

Training representatives and other key personnel in markets

Client training material development team

Client appointed agencies who provide training and market support activities.

Client Global Regional Teams as required.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required**

Related qualification (General BA Degree)

Excellent command of English in verbal and written communication

Build rapport and strong working relationships

High degree of attention to detail

Ability to work independently in a market with little supervision and using resources available

Previous experience in LMS and Learner Administration desirable
