**ABOUT THE ORGANISATION AND THE ROLE**

**MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support CEO to fulfil on her multiple business and charity goals
- Organise or manage ad hoc projects
- Create documents, presentations and proposals
- Administrative functions, systems and processes
- Support Practitioners with the Lumina online system
- Build the Practitioner community
- Manage communications and co-ordinate events
- Prepare financial reports and issue invoices

**REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**1. Work experience and industry exposure**
- A tertiary qualification
- Must have at least 3 years experience in senior administration and/or training programme administration. Exposure to the consulting and corporate training industry is highly advantageous.

**2. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with a professional, warm, engaging and clear manner.
- Able to report back key information in a data-driven manner.
- Open to give and receive feedback.
- Manages emotions and communicates with respect, warmth and focus.

**3. Excellent Administration and Organisational Skills**
- Flexible and self-driven, comfortable in an unstructured environment
- Efficient with the ability to multi-task and work autonomously
- Accountable, responsible and reliable.
- Strong administrative and organisation skills
- 100% attention to detail is imperative
- Highly organised and deadline driven individual with strong coordination skills.
- Systems-oriented with the ability to introduce process to streamline operations.

**4. Technical Skills**
- Tech savvy with strong working knowledge of the following:

- Apple and Windows operating systems

MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Calendar
Google Drive, Canva, Mural
Social Media platforms: LinkedIn; Instagram; TikTok etc
- The ability to learn systems easily and quickly e.g. Lumina Online
- Able to guide others on the systems.

**5. General**

- Self-driven and work autonomously
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Driver’s License and own car
- Passion, positivity and professionalism.
