Leading Clothing Retailer based in Johannesburg has a Key Account Manager role within their Cellular Division available.

**Description**:

- Report on key statistics that are accurate and consistent across the company.
- Deadlines are met in the reporting process and any delays are effectively

communicated
- Ensure Company Financial calendar and deadlines are adhered to taking into

account preparation time, month-end dates and other issues that may affect the
monthly reporting
- Review all deliverables for accuracy and relevance
- Execute and deliver on ad-hoc requests from the business
- Report on the Brand scorecard and presentation that is accurate and consistent
- Investigate on monthly variance analysis and report to Commercial Executive
- Prepares the monthly information and ensure it is accurate, in the

correct format and on time.
- Assist with the preparation for the budget/three-year plan processes in

accordance with the timetable advised
- Assist with the completion and submission of all relevant packs and

requests.
- Assist with the preparation of accurate and relevant forecasts.
- Respond to and provide relevant information on ad-hoc queries.
- Provide information to assist with the monthly cost centre reviews.
- Review the accuracy and completeness of reconciliations completed by the

back-office team and report any issues/concerns.
- Partner with internal business functions to support them with financial decision

making
- Share financial knowledge with business through partnering and education
- Build and maintain good relationships with all business units
- Advice and support business partners with corporate governance queries.
- Drive consistent business processes.
- Manage relationship and build good relations with group and external service

providers (Auditors, professional advisors)
- Support the brand with any cost management projects.
- Systems Knowledge and the impact it has across the board
- Working knowledge of Management accounting and reporting
- Knowledge of legislative requirements for financial, corporate tax and

commercial
- Knowledge of retail and related KPI’s and measurements
- Knowledge of the business, industry and economic environment and relevant

role-players
- Knowledge of company policies and procedures applicable to the specific work

environment to ensure that work outcomes are compliant to the policies and
procedures
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written

**Education Profile**:

- Essential:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years key account management experience in a retail/commercial

and/or cellular environment
- SKILLS required:

- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills/Google Suite

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to:
- to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines.
