Are you a talented individual with a passion for building and nurturing client relationships? Our manufacturing client is seeking a skilled Key Accounts Professional to join their team and take charge of maintaining and growing valued clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth within existing client accounts, driving revenue and profitability.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on key account performance, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, fostering long-term partnerships.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NDip or Degree in a relevant field. 
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience in key account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing key client relationships and driving business growth.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities for business expansion.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
