**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Marketplace Management and Sales**: Lead our marketplace team to drive sales, promotions, and listings across multiple online platforms. Ensure product availability and monitor stock levels to meet demand.
- **Process Improvement and Efficiency**: Develop and refine processes that enhance marketplace operations, addressing unique challenges week by week to maintain smooth operations.
- **Cross-Departmental Coordination**: Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and brand/account managers to align marketplace actions with broader business objectives. Coordinate campaigns, promotions, and stock movements.
- **Financial and Strategic Impact**: Directly impact company financial health by achieving revenue and profit targets in marketplace channels. Formalize and forecast sales and stock for sustainable growth in e-commerce.
- **Team Management and Development**: Lead, train, and support a team within the marketplace, providing domain expertise to help them achieve their goals.
**Skills & Experience**
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in sales within e-commerce.
- Intermediate skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset preferred.
- Prior experience managing a team is advantageous.
- Bachelors Degree in a related field.
- Honours or Post-Graduate Degree will be advantageous.

This role is a crossroads of functions within our business. With a strong focus on cross-functional communication, you'll work alongside various departments, contributing to projects that reach beyond the traditional scope of marketplace management. You’ll be accountable to the Marketplace Manager, CEO, and Business Unit Heads, aligning closely with leadership to drive the success of marketplace channels.
