**We are seeking an M&E Manager for a 2-year contract based in East London, Eastern Cape**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:
***
- **Degree in Health, Information Management or Statistics / Masters in Public Health desirable**
***:

- **5+ years M&E management exp in health field - specifically in HIV/AIDS / TB field**
***:

- **NGO experience preferred and project management experience**
***:

- **Operational and strategic management experience and ability to work with common M&E software**
***

***

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:
***
- **Lead all M&E initiatives and building M&E capacity**
***:

- **System development - Lead process development, define KPI’s, propose strategies to increase data use, and manage M&E Officers**
***:

- **Data management / analysis - Keep update re changes and progress, identify strengthens and weaknesses and conduct field visits**
***:

- **Compliance reporting - high quality reports, monthly activity reports and review / analyze reports**
***:

- **Promote / strengthen monitoring function - consolidate monitoring tools, analyze data, provide monthly feedback, performance reviews and participate in planning sessions**
***
