We are seeking a Manager : Corporate Reporting & Performance Information Management for a 5-year contract based in East London, Eastern Cape.

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Degree in Arts / Communications / Admin / Development Studies or Commerce
***:
-
8 years working experience in corporate performance reporting, research and analysis, M&E and communications of which at least 3 years must be at middle management / supervisory / consultant level
***:
-
Research, report writing, analysis, presentation and communication skills essential

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:***-
Support to strategic planning and governance - provide input and reviewing activities / recommend actions, develop plans, enhance / implement treasury systems, ensure reports are accurate, participate in management forums, facilitate inter-dept communication, manage audits, develop relations
***:

Corporate performance reporting - collect information and compile corporate reports, develop corporate communication strategies, liaise on report requirements, attend to queries, develop sectoral level data and storyboards
***:

Performance information management - develop strategies and project management templates, data collection and interpretation, identify opportunities to enhance data collection, monitor / report on KPI's within performance framework, maintain guidelines governing research / reporting processes and create / update database

Assessment / reconciliation of portfolio of evidence
Asset POE and reconcile, engage / do follow ups with business units, update reports based on outcomes of audit processes***:
-
Monitoring, evaluation and reporting support - ensure M&E reporting are aligned, develop M&E plans, coordinate and analyse M&E reviews, Build M&E capacity / knowledge in organisation, manage implementation of projects

Budget management - manage / control budget and evaluate performance and variances, authorise requisitions / payment and prepare / present reports, prepare transfer requests and plan / forecast capital expenditure

Customer / stakeholder management - build/maintain highly efficient work relations, gauge performance teams and develop / manage relationships
