Job Title:

Contracts ManagerContract type: PermanentSalary: £70,000 + PackageThe RoleOur client is looking for a Contracts Manager to join their £40 million turnover business, managing and supporting projects up to £10 million in value.

They specialise in Refurbishment projects across London & South East.

As Contracts Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing upwards of 10 Contracts/Projects at any one timeProducing and maintaining site surveysNegotiating to secure orders& moreAbout YouDue to the location of the role, you must be ideally situated in London or Essex.

Ideally you will have 5+ years experience across the above named sectors.

They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, enthusiastic about Contracts Management and has a strong and stable CV (not a job hopper).What's on OfferA competitive salary of £70,000 + company benefits.
