**We are seeking a Capacity Building Manager for a 2-year contract role (till mid 2025) based in East London, Eastern Cape.**

**Applicants are required to meet the following criteria**:

- Honors Degree in Public Health, Nursing, Education, HR or relevant
- 5+ years’ experience as a training manager
- Facilitator, moderator, or SDF certificate
- Facilitator, moderator, and assessor experience
- Track record in designing and executing successful training programs
- Experience in traditional and modern training methods
- Experience in and proof of developing training material
- Specialized knowledge and demonstrated expertise in HIV/AIDS programs
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel extensively

**The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Determine training objectives by conducting technical and mandatory training
- Oversee development of WSP and ATR
- Ensure that skills levies are claimed, and that relevant learnerships/skills programmes are applied for
- Develop material in line with training and accreditation requirements
- Analyze overall technical need
- Attend organized training meetings and manage technical training program development
- Establish processes to monitor training results and provide training budget input
- Conduct effective staff induction and orientation sessions; evaluate training effectiveness
- Ensure set training targets are achieved, and develop training terms
- Quarterly training update

**Salary: R673 000.00 per annum CTC for the contract duration**
