**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric, HR or finance qualification advantageous
- Five years experience in similar role
- Knowledge of Sage Pastel Payroll & HR; Sage Pastel Partner
- Good communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Office, and Word
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Fluent in speech and writing in Afrikaans and English
- Own transport preferable for timekeeping

**DUTIES**
- Reporting into and working alongside assisting the Financial Manager
- Preparation of Fortnightly Wages on Sage Pastel Payroll, approx. 45
- Enter wages data into system, print payslips ready for payment by the FM
- Manage BIBC & Sick Leave Claims
- Checking attendance & overtime (Uniclox Vision Unique) administration
- Ensure the attendance records are updated (Absentees & Sick days)
- Administration of Employee Contracts and files / documents
- Document warnings and speak to staff member
- Assisting Labour Law Company with disciplinary of employees
- Process yearly employee criminal checks
- Assisting with Skills Development & Employment Equity
- Weekly & Monthly Invoicing - Sage Pastel
- Phoning clients for debt following up on outstanding payments
- Assisting with and loading of monthly claims on excel for work completed
- Typing & sending of customer quotes
- Assisting with Tender (JBCC) Documentation
- Manage petrol slips of company vehicles

**Salary**: R15000 negotiable dependent on experience
