**About the Role**:
Are you an experienced Event Coordinator with a knack for orchestrating unforgettable experiences? This prestigious Golf Club in the Western Cape is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as an Events Coordinator. This role is pivotal in curating and executing exceptional events, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled, from inception to post-event evaluation.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** End-to-End Event Management**: Oversee all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization to execution and post-event analysis.
- ** Venue Selection**: Source and secure suitable venues that align with the club's standards and the event's objectives.
- ** Vendor Management**: Coordinate with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure seamless collaboration for a flawless event experience.
- ** Detail-Oriented Execution**: Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics with precision, maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
- ** Communication**: Facilitate clear and efficient communication among team members, vendors, and participants to ensure a cohesive event experience.

**Requirements**:

- ** Experience**: Proven track record, in event coordination or related field, ideally within the hospitality, events, or club management industry.
