POSITION: BASED IN Paarl

**_ Qualifications:_** **Matric/Diploma in Events Management or equivalent

**Minimum / Previous experience**_:_**
- Strong admin and organization skills with a minimum 3 years’ experience in Eventing.
- Golf events and golf day experience an advantage
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Drivers licence with own transport preferred but not essential

**_ Personal skills and attributes:_**
- Hands on, individual contributor and collaborative team player
- Must be able to work flexible hours when necessary and able to multitask under pressure
- Always looking for exciting opportunities and new ideas to suggest to clients

**_ Key responsibilities: _**
- Ensure timeous, efficient and professional customer service in all events
- Administrative management and coordination of all events,
- Ensure clear communication between the departments
- Events quotations and costing
- Showing potential customers the venue
- Strong follow up experience
- Networking with companies
