Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced HR Administrator/Payroll person to join their team. Responsibilities include assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of new staff, arranging training and maintaining training records, collecting and checking payroll related documents and ensuring that they are accurate and authorized before processing, maintaining accurate and up-to-date electronic employee records, including personnel files, beneficiary nomination forms, updating organograms as well as B-BBEE administration and the accurate and efficient preparation of all HR related documentation.
Must have Matric with a relevant tertiary HR qualification, 3-5 years’ direct expereince in a similar position. Payroll experience is essential. Computer literacy MS Office, VIP/Sage Payroll.
