**Head of Digital Print**

**Summary Role Purpose**:
The overall purpose of this position is for the strategic leadership, management, control and accountability for sales and service in this Division. To develop a strategy and associated business plan, that is aligned with the Company goals and objective. Execute the plan in order to ensure the division achieves sustainable, profitable growth. To identify new products and develop a business and marketing plan to take to market. To provide direction to all staff within the Division.

**Strategy And Business Plan**
- Develop a strategic plan and an associated business plan for the Division
- Implement and achieve the approved Business Plan

**Finance**
- Achieve annual budget
- Achieve equipment sales targets
- Accountable for funnel management
- Achieve consumable/ clicks targets
- Ensure that pricing provided for equipment sales is correct and generates good margins for company
- Achieve Gross Profit and Nett Profit targets
- Manage customer profitability by analyzing portfolio of customers
- Manage costs, expenses and variances to the budget.

**People Management**
- Setting Divisional goals, targets and performance indicators for your team as well as ensuring the set up of appropriate structures within the Division to meet Business Objectives
- Conduct performance reviews and manage the team in accordance with the measurement system
- Ensure team adheres to company policies as well as disciplinary code and that corrective action is taken in line with the policy

**Administration Management**
- Develop and monitor sales action plans
- Utilization of CRM system
- Generate reports as requested and required e.g., Board reports, annual plan
- Contribute to company strategy and operate as a business partner

**Customer Care / Relations**
- Build Strong and sustainable relationships with Principals and Customers to optimize customer satisfaction and service levels
- Develop and implement marketing and business development plans for all Principals
- Manage all Brand promotions
