ISMMART Group of Industries is in search of an experienced and forward-thinking leader to join our team as the Deputy Managing Director in the relevant Industry.
- Assist in developing and executing the company's strategic plan in alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide visionary leadership to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards.
- Implement best practices to optimize production processes and supply chain management.
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans, ensuring cost-effective operations and market development activities.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and key performance indicators.
- Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure company policies, legal guidelines, and regulatory requirements are communicated and adhered to.
- Delegate responsibilities and supervise executives, providing guidance and motivation.
- Identify market trends and opportunities for expansion.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Build and lead a high-performance executive team.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business operations.

**Job Specification**:

- 8-10 years of progressive experience in the relevant industry, with at least 4 years in a managerial position.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- Proven track record of successful leadership at the executive level.
- Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
- In-depth knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry trends.
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions in a dynamic business environment.

**Salary**: R40,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
